Fresh Produce

Our fruits and vegetables are sold as-is, reflecting their natural, seasonal quality.

If you find any product spoiled or damaged at the time of purchase, please notify us within 24 hours. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Baked Goods & Prepared Foods

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods and prepared items, refunds or exchanges are only offered for items that are not fresh or improperly made.

Please contact us as soon as possible with a description and photo of the issue.
Non-Perishable Goods (e.g., jams, crafts, canned items)
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
Frozen Meat
1. Perishable Safety Policy

All frozen meat is sold as-is and must be kept frozen at 0°F (-18°C) or below.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges once meat has left the farm stand, unless there is a clear quality issue at the time of purchase.
2. Quality Assurance

If you notice that your frozen meat is damaged, spoiled, or thawed upon purchase, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours).

We may ask for a photo or to inspect the item. If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.
3. Handling & Storage

Always transport frozen meat in a cooler or insulated bag.

Keep meat frozen until ready to use, and follow recommended thawing and cooking instructions.
